| Why Not 20oz "Venti" Hot Coffee Drinks? |

We do not offer 20oz hot coffee drinks for several reasons: |
1. You can not make a proper espresso-based drink
(latte, cappuccino, etc) that large. Hope you like milk, cause
that's all you get in a 20oz "venti", more milk on top of the same
quantity of espresso in a 16oz drink. Our
12oz espresso drinks contain a double shot, 16oz is a triple shot.2. It would take at least 4 shots of espresso and 3oz of flavoring (syrup or sauce) to make a proper drink. It would be a $5+ cup of coffee, hard even the most die-hard java fan to swallow. Any "venti" drink that costs under $5 is not made properly, and why drink a poorly made latte just to save a buck? 3. I'm no diet fanatic. I often upsize or "go large" on my burger combos. And I believe people should be able to make their own choices, good or bad. But as a business owner I get to make choices about what I am willing to serve our customers. Take a moment to read through the "Coffee Truths" article in our Fun Stuff section. It will help shed some light (and pounds) on the whole mega-size coffee kick. 4. If everyone offers the same stuff, you end up with...what we have in corporate coffee culture today! Where's the fun in that? |

Why 20oz "Venti" Iced or Frozen Coffee Drinks? |
| We do offer 20oz iced or frozen drinks for one reason: |
| 1. Ice. A 16oz drink poured over ice overflows a 16oz cup, but perfectly fills a 20oz cup. |
