We take pride in creating your order and hand pack each item to ensure it arrives in the freshest, most presentable condition possible. If any portion of your order should arrive in less than acceptable condition, please contact us to receive a replacement at no charge.
We offer several shipping options via UPS to meet your budget and time constraints (see rate table below). We recommend using the 3-day shipping service to ensure timely delivery and to minimize the potential for product degradation (i.e. melting, etc.). Because our products are perishable and temperature sensitive, please note that we can not ship via UPS Ground during the summer months (May through September). For similar reasons, depending on the delivery address, we may not ship orders over the weekend, or to PO boxes, APO, FPO or foreign country addresses, and we can not guarantee Monday deliveries. If there are any potential issues with regards to shipping your order, we will contact you.
Please note that since we make all items to order, the earliest orders will be shipped is the next business day, but usually a 2-3 day production time is typical. Some larger orders, or specialty items may take more time. We will contact you directly if we anticipate a longer than usual production schedule.

UPS Ground - Guaranteed
day-definite delivery to every address within the 48 contiguous states. Time in
transit dependent on shipping zone from point of origin (see
map).
UPS 3 Day - Guaranteed delivery by the end of the third business day to
every address within the 48 contiguous states.
UPS 2nd Day Air - Guaranteed on-time delivery by the end of the second
business day to every address to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
UPS Next Day Air - Guaranteed delivery by the end of the next business
day to all 50 states and Puerto Rico.
